Our Internet Branch allows you access to your ICU accounts over the internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is free to members who are signed up for E-Statements. This option is convenient for those who want access to their accounts on the go and want to save time and paper clutter.
Members who want to have online access to their accounts, but still wish to receive hard-copy paper statements will be charged a monthly $2.00 Paper Statement Fee. To use our Internet Branch, you will need your base account number and your password. Please contact the credit union to obtain your password.
Using our Internet Branch allows you to:

Mobile Banking
With our Online Banking, you are eligible to access the Indianhead Credit Union’s (ICU) mobile application, which allows account access on the go, 24/7. It’s free to download and offers instant access for managing your ICU accounts.

You receive the same level of protection on the mobile app as you do on your home computer when you sign in for “on-line banking” – safe, secure, free and immediate access to your account.
Electronic Bill Payment
Electronic Bill Payment (EBP) is a convenient and easy way to pay your monthly bills. You schedule the payments to be made and the credit union does the rest. The EBP system is accessible by logging into your Internet Branch account and clicking on the Bill Pay Link. There is a $3.00 monthly fee for this service. Other fees may apply.
Electronic Statement Presentation (e-statements)
With our Internet Branch, we are able to offer free e-statements to our members. Whether you receive a monthly statement or quarterly statement you are now able to receive it online. To learn more about this service, please click here.
Security
At ICU, security is important therefore; we have chosen a vendor for our Internet branch that will provide the highest level of security possible to ensure your account information remains confidential.
Some of the security measures in place are:
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and digital certificate server authentication.
- Member PINS (passwords) cannot be retrieved by credit union or our Internet branch personnel.
- You may change your PIN anytime for extra protection.
- Dual authentication – to sign on.
The minimum hardware and software requirements to access our Internet branch are any PC with a browser capable of SSL encryption and cookies will work, most MACS and Web TV also work fine.
